The Sunderland Leisure and Conference Centre is next door to The Pullman Lodge and 2 popular sandy beaches are very close by. Enjoy a walk along the broad promenade or travel a short distance to the Metro Centre or some of Northumbria's great heritage sites. Fine food is served in the restored Orient Express railway carriages, with views of the north-east coast. A carvery is served every Sunday. A couple of local bars and restaurants are within walking distance
The bar area is currently closed due to major refurbishment. A small 'bottle bar' is in its place.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 14.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
